Our story

We started as two people in a small office on Concepción Street.

It was 2013, and half of our clients walked in with policies they did not understand. Some were paying twice for the same coverage. Others were convinced they were covered against a burglary that would never have been paid out. The banks were selling insurance as a financial product; the large networks were selling whatever was in their portfolio. Someone on the client's side was missing.

Twelve years later we are a team of three, we look after more than a thousand families and businesses across the Vega Baja and southern Alicante, and we are still on the same promenade. We have lived through two economic crises, a pandemic, several regulatory changes and the arrival of the online comparator — and the conclusion remains the same: a good insurance policy is chosen by a person, not an algorithm.

We believe that insurance is, before being a financial product, a promise of peace of mind. And that promise is only worth as much as the person on the other end of the phone when it matters.

2013

We opened on Concepción Street

Two partners, a borrowed desk and thirty-seven clients who came with us from day one. The idea was simple: work for the client, not for the insurer.

2016

Specialising in expats

The British boom on the Costa Blanca led us to hire Sophie, a bilingual English/German advisor. Today, 40% of our portfolio is international.

2019

We moved to Paseo Vista Alegre

Our own seafront premises, with a meeting room and two offices. Our current address.

2025

1,200 clients and a digital service

We launched electronic signature, direct WhatsApp with each advisor and a panel so every client can see all their policies in one place. Technology without losing closeness.

The team

Three advisors, not a switchboard number.

Every client has a person assigned to them. The same one who signs their policy, who picks up the phone when they call and who defends their claim.
