How much does your advice cost?

Zero. Nothing. The brokerage earns a commission from the insurance company you ultimately contract with — exactly the same as a branch or tied agent would. The difference is that we compare on your behalf before recommending.

Do you only work with clients in Torrevieja?

No. We have an office in Torrevieja, but we serve clients across Spain. A large portion of our portfolio is in Orihuela Costa, La Mata, Guardamar, Pilar de la Horadada and Murcia. We work by phone, video call or e-signature with the same closeness as if you came to the office.

I'm British/German/Swedish and just arrived on the Costa Blanca. Can you help me?

Yes. We have a bilingual English/German adviser (Sophie). We know the usual topics: NIE, tax residency, importing no-claims bonus, private health compatible with the Spanish public system, second-home insurance, repatriation. Ask us without worry, in your own language.

How long does the comparison take?

48 business hours for standard cases (home, car, health, life). For businesses, retail or special cases it may take 3 to 5 days, because they require requesting specific terms from each company. We always tell you the realistic timeline when we receive your request.

I have an open claim with my current insurer. Can you help me even though I'm not a client?

An initial technical reading and some guidance, yes — at no cost. To formally represent you we need you to transfer the brokerage of your policy to us (a simple procedure). If we take over your claim, we do so with no extra fees: we earn from the company just like with any other policy.

And what if what I need to insure is unusual (drones, events, crypto…)?

Tell us. The most unusual thing we've been asked for is insurance for an agricultural spraying drone — and we found it in a week. We work with specialised companies (Hiscox, Markel, AIG) for atypical risks. If we can't cover it, we'll tell you on the first call.
